General information about Danubius Health Spa Resort Héviz HotelNew hydro pool in Danubius Health Spa Resort Hévíz****superior The wide range of services at Danubius Health Spa Resort Hévíz****superior has been recently extended with a new outdoor hydro pool, which - beside the already well-established 5 basins - with a surface area of 200 sq m- offers all kinds of attractions: like undewater jet massage, waterfall, geyser. In addition, underwater music and light effects turn bathing into real fun. The bath is open all year round daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. That way a Spa and Wellness centre of over 2000 qm with a watersurface of 600 qm is awating the guests. Next to the bath also a new Finnish log sauna was established in the garden. The guests can make use of these services since the end of May, but the official opening ceremony will be held on 22.06.2007. Indications: rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders, organic locomotor disturbances, arthralgia, polyarthritis, polyarthrosis, spondylarthritis, discopathia, late rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, various cases of neuropathy, tennis elbow or golf arm, frozen sholder, peritendinitis, static dysbalance of the body and fibromyalgy etc. Contraindications: infectious diseases, all kinds of malignant tumor, Multiple Sclerosis, circulatory disturbances combined with cardiac insufficiency, after operation and heart attack, thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, serious cases of anaemia, leukemia, hemophilia, hyerthyreoidism reseistent hypertonic disease, pregnancy, children under 14 years. Spa therapy guests are requested to bring their medical records along, not older than 3 months (blood, laboratory and ECG check up).
